You can remove everything teleVoog keeps about a TV or phone at any time. Here is how.

Remove a TV and its playlists

Open Manage playlists on this website and type the code your TV shows. Then choose Remove this TV. Its number, its name and every playlist we keep for it are deleted at once, and the TV forgets the link.

Remove one playlist

On Manage playlists, choose Remove beside the playlist. It is taken off the TV, and we delete its name, type and web address.

Uninstall the app

Uninstalling teleVoog removes everything it kept on that device. What our service kept for it goes by itself after 12 months without the device being seen, or at once if you remove the TV first.

Ask us

If you can no longer reach the TV, write to info@televoog.com with the name it had on Manage playlists, and we will delete it for you.
